If you are impressed by a trophy White Tail Deer, have a look at a trophy
Mule Deer. Our hunting area covers 8000 square kilometres of mountainous terrain. Every
year we see trophy class bucks on the slopes around us.

| Trophy Mule Deer bucks are the shadows of the mountains. You need a keen
eye to spot them, and often strong legs to get at them. Our camps and trails cover a
variety of elevations, so a good mule deer can pop up anytime. |
 |
 |
Generally the bucks are out feeding early mornings and evenings. When the
snow hits chances may be good all day. |
| Early season bucks may still be in velvet. If you are fortunate enough to
find one, your taxidermist can preserve the antlers in velvet for you. |

 |
Our area has a good supply of trophy class bucks. If you are interested in
hunting these animals, be sure to specify this when you book your hunt. |
| Although not as big as their northern cousins (Canada Moose), the Shiras Moose are the biggest member of the deer family here in
the Rockies. After riding by these huge animals for several years, we have finally started
guiding for moose (Oct/98). Our tags are limited each year, so book early for a
moose hunt. |
