Time and duration of hunts:
Archery hunts for most animals begin on September
1st; all rifle hunts begin on September 10th.
All our Elk hunts are trophy six point hunts
during the rut.
Elk mixed bag hunts
Includes (one of each):
Elk, Whitetail Deer, Mule Deer and a Black Bear.

During an elk mixed bag hunt you may use one
or more modes of transport (horse, truck, quad or foot).
Rocky Mountain trophy Goat hunts.
One client with one Guide, clients should be
in good physical condition.
Hunting from horse back and on foot from our
base and spike camps as necessary.

Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep hunt.
This is a one on one hunt and is a 12 day hunt.
Clients should be in excellent physical condition as the hunt is mostly backpacking.
We hunt for trophy rams, eight years old + and full curl or greater only.

Grizzly bear
hunt
This is a spring hunt only; one Grizzly and one
black bear may be taken. It includes hunting from horseback and foot;
it is a one on one hunt.

Black bear
hunt
Spring Black bear hunt, colors vary from black
to brown. Hunting from base camp on foot with some vehicle use to locate bears
on slide areas.

Cougar hunts
This hunt is carried out in the fall and winter,
great hunt if clients can come at short notice after fresh snow fall.
It involves driving roads until fresh track is
cut then following dogs to cat in tree.
